To determine the UK's Best Workplaces in Healthcare™, Great Place To Work® UK administered its research-backed Trust Index™ employee survey and analysed feedback from healthcare employees across the UK. The survey invited employees to share their experiences across a range of areas, including work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial wellbeing. Organisations were also assessed on their ability to deliver a consistent and positive employee experience across all departments and levels of seniority.
