Multicomponent compression: Dual advantage, In one bandage.
UrgoKOne combines stiffness and flexibility in one bandage, thanks to 3D knitting technology.
It’s time for a treatment that sticks
71% of patients switched from the compression treatment they started with.1
Better concordance supports better healing outcomes.2,3
UrgoKOne delivers true multicomponent compression in a unique single-bandage format. It is designed to help patients maintain effective multicomponent compression while fitting into their daily lives without compromise.
Which patients is it for?
- Patients with venous leg ulcers or lower limb oedema
- Patients at any level of mobility
- Patients who would benefit from comfortable and effective multicomponent compression
- Patients who’ve struggled to stick with previous compression therapy
- For patients assessed as suitable for strong compression.

Designed to support patient acceptance, concordance and everyday living5,6
- 96%reported no unpleasant feelings or interference with daily activities5
- 85%very good/good ankle mobility6
- 79%none/mild heat sensation6
- 77%very easy/easy to use footwear6
By addressing common barriers to concordance, UrgoKOne is designed to help more patients successfully wear effective multicomponent compression.5,7
“I could nearly forget that it’s there.”
2. Continuous compression
UrgoKOne is a multicomponent compression system: its 3D knitting technology combines elastic and inelastic fibres in one bandage, to deliver high pressure during activity and moderate pressure at rest.4,8,9
Effective compression requires both sustained pressure and adequate stiffness.4,8,9
Together, these properties allow a compression system to adapt to the patient’s activity level throughout the day.4,8,9
Continuous compression with UrgoKOne
Clinically effective multicomponent compression for healing and oedema reduction.4–6
See the healing outcomes3. Consistent compression
Simple, reproducible application supported by the PresSure indicator system, helping clinicians confidently deliver therapeutic compression.5
Ensures easy, safe and accurate application
The outer face has pressure indicators to ensure therapeutic pressure and correct application.
- 1Measure the ankle and choose the correct kit – 18–25 cm or 25–32 cm. For ankle sizes over 32 cm, we recommend using the 25–32 cm kit.
- 2Achieve correct stretch with the pressure indicators.
- 3Achieve correct overlap – 1/2 overlap with the 18–25 cm kit; 2/3 overlap with the 25–32 cm kit.
Reshape irregular shaped limbs and protect bony prominences with wadding, such as K-Soft, using clinical judgement.
Effective healing outcomes
UrgoKOne brings the benefits of true multicomponent in a unique single-bandage format, demonstrated in clinical practice.5,6,10
